Writing a speech

My grandma is turning 90, I want to give her a speech. We will celebrate 60 people together. She has
experienced a lot, she is important for me, I want to say something personal.
She has 4 children and 11 grandchildren. She lost one son last year and broke her heart.
She gave birth to a twin brother, she almost died during the birth, because she had a rare complication,

and in these old times everything was still different.
She supported all her children and grandchildren. (As today)
She had to live far away from her own family, siblings and parents could rarely see her. Unfortunately my
grandmother's mother died early.
She made several professions and never gave up. She considered it very important that all children and
grandchildren learn or study so that they do not have to live as hard as she did. Therefore she supported
everyone emotional but also financially.
As a child, I got my first bike and also my first computer as a gift from her.
I want a unique, special, sophisticated text (not with clichés), so I turn to you. A little humour can
