Why does racism still exist?

MLK's Letter From Birmingham Jail is the main source and springboard for this paper. I agree that racism exists and will always exist in the world. We need a way to handle it. Getting angry about it like the black lives matter movement will not fix it. We need an approach like MLK's. It should be noted that the evaluation of sources was suppose to be in alphabetical order. It was not. Also, I am a police officer. Not sure if that will help your writing. Paper needs to be between 1500-1750 words, words used in the abstract and references do not count towards total word count.
