Businesses in a similar situation may think about using the strategies to reengage staff and increase productivity
and profit margins. To successfully apply the employee engagement improvement techniques across the
organisation, 5 managers were selected. Semi-structured interviews were used to capture the data.
Stakeholders: 5 senior leaders across organisation X (Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Training) were selected based on
their knowledge, experience and ability to answer the main research question
