An example of this is where a relative of mine was denied an employment opportunity
when he applied for a job at one of the law firms in town on the basis that he did not
have the physical characteristics that the employer was looking for in candidates- This
technique left room for prohibited employment practices in that it amounted to
discrimination of job applicants based on their physical characteristics-
