This is the first discussion post
briefly describe two types of clouds discussed in the video and where you might find them. If possible tie it into a personal experience (clouds you often or might see in your current town,home town or travels). For example in my home town of Olympia I sometimes see Lenticular clouds over Mt. Rainier.

Unconscious bias is opinions one has about something, someone, or a group of people. Unconscious bias can be positive or negative it is not limited to ethnicity or race, it can include gender, age, religion, weight, sexual orientation, physical disabilities and other characteristics. In the video,Yassmin Abdel-Magied gives several examples of unconscious bias as well how she thinks unconscious bias can be decreased.
