Fishing industry - will be directly affected due to a decrease in fresh fish In Oahu, the fishing industry is fairly large. With the water polluted, it directly affects the fishers that are depending on the quality of fresh fish they can get as an income. Tourism industry - some tourists might not find the water appealing Property values - decrease due to the water quality Recreational businesses - surfing/paddle boarding/canoeing industries can be affected by it directly Food industry (restaurants) - Less fish = increase in price
