View two episodes from American Greed on CNBC and write a reaction paper that examines the process used to identify, investigate and prosecute the criminals. FORMAT

The report will be type written and will be composed of a minimum of one and not more than three pages. The papers should be typewritten 12 point Arial or New Times Roman. You may use APA style format.  In addition to the information noted above the report will contain the following:

1  Identify and describe the legal issues involved in the selected program

2  Describe what the (accused) defendants was accused of doing and these charges would be prosecuted in Georgia.

3  Describe the judicial organizations that were involved in pursuing the case.

Identify the legal issues, type of court that hear the case and current status of the defendant (accused).
