Vector Network Analyzer (VNA)

Produce a 1500-word report on the following experimental investigations on the single-arm rectangular spiral antenna:

  1. Compare and comment on the input impedance of the spiral antenna at a frequency of 3.3 GHz between simulation and measurement. Please include an explanation of the input impedance.
  2. Compare and comment on reflection coefficient from 3-4 GHz between simulation and measurement. Please include an explanation of the reflection coefficient and antenna bandwidth.
  3. Please analyse the antenna radiation characteristics according to the radiation pattern at 3.3 GHz.

  5. How Satimo Near Field Antenna Measurement facility works?

In my experiment, a R&S ZVA 40 VNA ((https://www.rohde-schwarz.com/us/products/test-and-measurement/network-analyzers/rs-zva-vector-network-analyzer_63493-9660.html)) was used.

my Near Field measurement chamber is a MVG SATIMO StarLab.
