Understanding of theories and concepts

The purpose of this assignment is to promote your understanding of theories and concepts covered in the first
a portion of the semester. In 6 pages, you are to review the various descriptions of spirituality treated in this
Leadership class, focusing on the one you find most compelling and/or helpful in making sense of and interpreting the ineffable aspects of human experience. Moreover, you are to review Brown's theory of leadership while offering your assessment of how spirituality can connect with and support her theory of leadership and what she terms emergent strategy. You are required to describe what she means by emergent strategy as well as your understanding of how spirituality can foster it. For both the definition of spirituality and theory of leadership, you are to present your judgment of them, grounded in the merits explained by the various authors. In other words, rather than simply restating course content, your paper should analyze,critique and evaluate it.
