Training Outline

Your board of directors has instructed you to develop a proposed training outline to implement a new culture of
quality program for your organization. This program is planned to begin in the next fiscal year and should be
designed to improve the organization in the areas of clinical excellence, administration, and training.
Create a report in which you first describe the benefits of developing a quality management program within
your organization. Next, your report should describe the training you plan to implement and discuss how it will
serve to introduce quality into your organization.
Your report should be a minimum of two pages, not including the title and reference pages. All sources used,
including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying
citations. All references and citations used must be in APA style.You must use at least two sources, one of
which can be your textbook, and the other should come from the CSU Online Library.
