Training, orienting, developing new hire strategy Order Description Phase I: For each of the jobs or groups of jobs, you must first identify a strategy for orienting, training and developing (i.e. continuing education/training) new employees in each job (or groups of jobs). This should include a new hire orientation as well as job/department specific training and development considerations. Phase II: Identify how will you evaluate the success of your training and development plans, including both quantitative and qualitative measures. Executive Position: 2, 6, 9 (1) Executive positions are intended for those Leaders that have acquired a Senior Level of experience through a combination of Education and Work Experience. This requisition would be for candidates with a Master’s Degree plus 5 years of management experience, a Bachler’s Degree and 8 years of management experience or an Associate’s Degree (or equivalent) with 15 years of management experience.
