List commercial brand or “homemade” or “bakery” under brand.? Purchased candies, cookies, and cakes: specify kind and size.? Measure and record portion size of cakes, pies, and cookies by specifying thickness, diameter, and w​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​idth or length, depending on the item.
