For this week’s initial post, choose one other charge (NOT one in the video) from the Declaration of Independence (from Tindall and Shi, pages A62 and A63) and discuss how the charge was the outgrowth of the colonial experiences we have examined over the last few weeks. Consider the following issues in your analysis:

What two or three specific historic events might have inspired the charge selected?
Why might the charge have been significant to the colonists’ developing view of their rights?
What might the colonists have wanted to do differently in relation to the problems raised in the charge?
