Order Description running your software development project and everything is going well. You are on-budget, pretty close to on-time, and you see no issue finishing the project successfully. You get a call from your manager, asking you to come to her office. She tells you that another project has come up, and it is a critical one to meet a new government regulation, and so the company needs the best people on it. She goes on to say that your lead developer will have to be moved from your project to the new one, permanently. You won't be getting them back. What should you do?
