Theater critic

Do all of the following: 1. Compile basic information about your chosen PRODUCTION: * Where (name of theater and name of city) and when was this production staged? * Who were the artistic collaborators (director, actors in major roles, designers)? * Explain why this particular production was artistically and/or historically important, and why you chose this particular production, as opposed to other past productions (if available), of your assigned play. 2. Compile basic information about your chosen REVIEW: * What is the name of the theater critic or scholar who wrote the review? * What is the title of the newspaper or journal where the review was published? * What is the date of the review? * Summarize the reviewer's opinion of this production and cite evidence from the review that supports that opinion. * Explain what aspects of this production the reviewer praises and/or complains about. Include one or two memorable quotes from the review.
