The Leader as Shepherd

The following post has two assignments namely; 1.The Leader as Shepherd Content: Using the Laniak text explore the use of the metaphor of shepherd to describe leaders in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. Compare. contrast and extend the use of this metaphor in relationship to other leadership metaphors used in organizational leadership studies. Make sure that you provide logical and clear support for your observations. 2.Poetry and Wisdom Analysis Content: Using the Osborne text, compare and contrast the important differences in exegetical methodology for these two genres. If differences exist between Old and New Testament usages, be sure to include this within your initial post. Identify what you believe to be key steps in analyzing each genre.
