The main objectives of the study would be:
i. To establish what drives intrinsic motivation
ii. To identify the current levels of intrinsic motivation in the chosen organization (organization to be decided)
iii. To determine current practices aimed at maximizing intrinsic motivation in the respective organization
iv. To establish practices that are currently absent in the organization and make recommendations about implementing practices that can increase intrinsic motivations.
Research Questions
In regard to the objectives outlined above, the study will seek to answer the following research question:
“What are the intrinsic factors that motivate employees to improve their performance in organization?
