In Roe v. Wade, Wade promoted the concept of living under a government that does not harm property or persons. Wade is protecting both the citizen and the fetus. Wad believes the fetus is a person with rights just like a citizen with rights. You can keep everything else the same but the quote has to come from a different activity that is closer to the beginning of the book.
