1.) The concepts of intersex and transsexualism (gender identity dysphoria). These concepts are often mixed up in populist thought. Explain the difference and the different ways that intersexuality may occur. Then give the more modern approach to intersex individuals (ie. Should parents pursue gender assignment with child immediately?)
2.) Achievement between genders, traditionally favored men and today many believe that women still devalue their true capabilities. However, research is inconclusive except for a few themes. Describe these differences that do emerge in groups within the United States and other countries. Then describe ways in your opinion that we could change these differences particularly since they seem to be influenced by parental involvement.
