In your discussion, use the terms "escalating" and "kitchen sinking" to describe how a juror used this approach (page 24). Which juror used the approach; what did he do; how did this affect the other jurors? Five to seven sentences. - Collaboration was one of the most important approaches used in ending the conflict. After reviewing this approach on pages 244-245, discuss the importance of this as it was used to eventually come to an end of the conflict.
