Target Group: 20 women ages 20-60
Time Frame: 60 Minutes

Goal: Individuals attending the workshop will gain basic information about breast cancer and possess knowledge of different breast exams, the ability to conduct a self breast exam (BSE), and information about what to do with the results of a self breast exam.
Objectives: Those who attend the breast health workshop will be able to:
1. Identify three parts of breast tissue (Cognitive).
2. Identify two reasons why breast exams are necessary (Cognitive).
3. Verbalize the need to do a self breast exam (Affective)
4. Identify when BSE will be done each month with 90% accuracy (Cognitive)
5. Identify the two types of breast screenings (Cognitive).
6. Describe steps necessary in conducting a self -breast exam with 90% accuracy
(Cognitive).
7. Demonstrate the three different types of pressure used during BSE (Psychomotor).
8. Identify three abnormal findings and what to do with the findings (Cognitive).
