Instructions for Writing Your Professional Paper:

Your Professional Paper is to be 6 to 10 typed (or computer generated), doubled-spaced pages in length and consist of:

I. Content Analysis and Synthesis (4-7 pages).
II. Course experience reflection and evaluation (2-3 pages).

I. Course Content Analysis and Synthesis:

The course presented five content areas:

3. Teaching to Multiple Intelligences (Dr. Sue Teele).
4. Educating for Character (Dr. Thomas Lickona).

– identifying the course materials used to reach your goal.
– an assessment as to whether the goal of the course was achieved.
– any modifications you would institute to improve the effectiveness of the strategies used.

III. An Evaluation. Evidence that you have evaluated the effectiveness of the lesson or activity including:

– how what you have learned in this courses has affected your teaching effectiveness.
– what future use do you plan for what you have learned in this course.
