Key component of Phase II paper (SWOT Analysis and Stakeholder Analysis):

SWOT Analysis
Strengths – tangible internal resources available to the company (specialty engineering equipment, specially trained personnel).
Weaknesses – Factors that are within an organization’s control that may be detracting from the company’s ability to maintain its competitive advantage. Which areas of the organization will be targeted for improvement through your strategic plan?
Opportunities – Factors (which are influenced by competition) that, if incorporated, will allow for organizational success.
Threats – Factors beyond the control of the organization, and the organization’s contingency plan for addressing these threats.
Major Stakeholder Analysis
List individuals who have a major influence over your organization (also note whether the influence is positive or negative).
List the individual’s level of importance within the organization, and their ability to influence adoption of policies, procedures, etc.
