Step 2: Identify the "surface problem". This is the problem they claim to have or that we "understand them to have"

Step 3: Understand the industry (sandbox) in which the org/problem exists in

Step 4: Provide a recommendation to the root problem keeping in mind that "the industry plays a huge role in the solution"

Step 5: Prove that your solution was well thought-out and the methodology is sound and logical (the idea is that it may not be right/correct but at least it would be heard and considered if you were presenting to the CEO or president.

Step 6: In a page break; explain what impacted you about this particular assignment, consider your personal though process and learning curve. The idea behind this section is to get you thinking about how you can use this experience in the future.
