(attached), Highlights in HRM 1. You should compare how the supervisor conducted your performance review
with this process outlined and reference material from the course reading, additional appropriate resources (i.e.
internet sites) and/or personal experience as appropriate.

Write a summary of your comparison of the two performance evaluation meetings. Please reference materials
as appropriate and ensure that you answer the following questions as part of your discussion.

  1. Include your name in the title of your posting.
  2. Critique the two meetings utilizing information from your textbook, additional readings, and/or personal
    experiences to support your discussion.
  3. What do you like or dislike about each process? Why?
  4. Are there any legal issues/problems with the way your supervisor conducted your meeting? How could these
    concerns be corrected?
  5. What changes would you recommend, if any changes are made to their approach based on this information?
