Susie Q. Partygirl lives and works at a ski resort in Colorado. She is a cocktail waitress. She takes a vacation to Houston to see her brother and party down with some old friends from the restaurant business. They all climb in a friend's (Billy B. Moron) car and go partying from club to club, drinking all night long. At 11:30 pm, they end up at the Kemah Boardwalk at the Cadillac Bar and Grill. They were drinking tequila shots and whooping and hollering. People in the bar were all smiling and laughing at their antics. Billy B. Moron had the tequila shot girl leaning over him pouring shots in his mouth. Finally, about 1:30 am, the group all piles back into Billy's car and leaves. Billy speeds off, squealing his tires. Five minutes later, the car is wrapped around a tree, Billy and his friends are bloody, but crawling out of the car…all except Susie. She can't move her legs. Billy reaches in and grabs her arms and pulls her out of the car. He was afraid the car would explode. Susie is paralyzed from the waist down and faces a lifetime of needing medical assistance.
