1) Research and identify the workplace stress factors in the peer reviewed literature
2) Research and identify stress relief methods that are proven to be effective ( again from the published research literature)
3) Based on the type of workplace your are targeting (Hospitals before and during Covid 19 in this case), decide what stress relief programming would be the most effective and design the materials necessary to implement.
Make sure to provide a strong statement of the problem, backed up by data. For instance Work stress in X industry has been linked to X amount of issues ( and cite the research). Stress reduction programs have shown to improve workers health….and cite more studies here. Then state very clearly what you are proposing to implement, where and why.

2) Use the published literature to support the need for your project
3) Have a clear and focused thesis statement
