After you read the case study, select one division and answer the following questions:

Discussion 2- On-Boarding
What is your current on-boarding process or what on-boarding process have you experienced as a new hire? What suggestions would you make to the HR Leader or Business Leader to reduce your new hires’ time to be productive? How are your suggestions supported by your reading?

1.Does your company conduct workforce planning? What process do you use? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
2.If you don’t use workforce planning today, what would you recommend and why? How are your recommendations supported by your reading?
