Perform a research project on storm water flooding in a “smart city” to examine how different level of autonomation/technology effect the overall performance of the system. 1) review the literature and define the problem, 2) establish a clean and concise set of research objectives, 3) outline the study site and data availability (if relevant), 4) provide as detailed as possible overview of the methods to be used (models, numerical treatment, and analysis), and 5) expected impact of the results.
