Stakeholders and Strategic Decision Making

When making strategic decisions, leaders must consider the varied and often competing interest of numerous
stakeholders—employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers, unions, activists, society, and local
communities. Describe best practices for making strategic decisions as a leader who considers stakeholders.
