Order Description Analyse the case study on page 843 of the article ‘An investigation of stakeholder analysis in urban development projects: empirical or rationalistic perspectives’ by Yang (2014) which is listed in your Learning Resources (i.e. “4.1. Project 1 — a regional renewal project”): Explain why stakeholder involvement is important in the implementation and governance of an infrastructure project. Identify the constraints to stakeholder management in the case study and critically discuss two approaches from the literature you would use to effectively manage the stakeholders to overcome these constraints.
