  Critical Reflection for the Recorded Skills Interview video This assessment is a reflection for the video I did today. All the video detail will be in 20 minute Interview Guideline, this is the guideline to guide me how I did the video so you need to read it to know more about the video before you start the reflection. Also I will msg the youtube link for my interview video for you later. This is a Reflection so is ok to use "I" & need to tell how you feel by doing this video, and the teacher gave us a format about this Reflection: Introduction 50 words, 200 words about what do yo think you did well in the interview process?Give two concrete examples and explain why you think these were positive parts of your interview. You may wish to refer to your general assessment skills here;including ability to highlight strengths. 200 words about the weak, what could you improve? give two concrete examples as above and explain why and how these were skills you could improve.(You might include feedback from your"client" if you wish) 50 words for the Conclusion. I will upload all the notes and the Marking Criteria to guide you to write a Outstanding Journal, please follow the guideline part Reflection A (A critical and succinct analysis of the interview with a strong focus on professional interview skills and social work values, insightful discussion on contextual factors )& Reflection B(Outstanding organization including clear logical flow and use of descriptive headings. Highly relevant sources with polished expression and no errors in referencing ). P.S. We using a different Harvard style reference, I will upload the reference guide as well, please follow it.
