Literature Review

An introduction must tell the reader the following , what you are going to cover in the review, the scope of your research, how the review ties in with your own research topic.
Then the body part
3 sup topics should be included. Each sub topic in different page. The one sub topic should have 3 reliable and up to date references ( The reference used should have an abstract ) Keep in mind 4 references are enough for the whole research and I am given one source that must be used (There is a table sample and it will make it clear for the writer how the sub topic and the reference are organised and one reference was given to us so it must be used). Suggestion of sub topic: costumer service (feedback), promotion, advertising, apps used to advertise.
Conclusion should indicate summary of main points and significance of current research.
-it should be around 900 words .
- A sample of literature review is provided make sure it is same structure.
-Table is provided to give just an idea on how the sub topic ( issue) and reference organised.
