Order Description Self-Directed and Self-Determined Learning Submit your final written proposal. Combine all work from Modules 1–3 into a completed proposal for the training program or training course that you wish to develop. Then add “full descriptions” and discussion of all items, including 1) how the training will be conducted, 2) what courses will be taught, 3) how it will be delivered, 4) the skills that students will attain, 5) how performance will be assessed, and 6) all other supporting information. Please align all discussion to the theories related to adult learning. Be sure to use multiple references and properly cite them, both in the text and the reference section. (Total 8–10 pages) SLP Assignment Expectations The content of your proposal should demonstrate your grasp of the concepts, insights, and issues presented in the assigned readings as well as your own research. The structure of your proposal should demonstrate your ability to analyze—not simply summarize—the information presented in the readings and your research. Be sure to use at least 7 references to scholarly literature. The references should be properly cited in the text and the reference page (in APA format).
