What is one strategy that you can begin to use immediately in an effort to improve your sleep? If you already get good sleep, what is one thing that might be helpful if poor sleep ever becomes and issue?

  1. What is the problem you are encountering with your sleep hygiene?
  2. What technique are you going to try in an effort to improve your sleep? (These were discussed in the Sleep Hygiene lecture.)
  3. How, exactly, are you going to do this? For example, if you are going to try the “don’t take your problems to bed” strategy, what are you going to do when you do start thinking about your problems? Be very specific about how you are going to employ this strategy
