Articulate in PowerPoint presentation, to the City Council a recommendation for reforming the organization to one that has a greater servant leadership focus. Be sure to discuss the theoretical framework for what servant leadership and how decisions are made. Be sure to compare different servant leadership styles. As a place to start, you can begin with these questions: Does the organization and command structure need to change? What policies are needed to ensure positive change can be made? How can a servant leadership model help facilitate this process?
Your PowerPoint presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
