Self assessment

I'm an X-ray student doing my clinical rotation and the teacher needs me to do a self-assessment of my skills. I have to list 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses, I have to detail in the explanation of each. Also, I have to provide an action plan to correct my weaknesses.

I'm going to give you the strengths and weakness to talk about
Strengths
1 Maneuver the radiographic table and bucky utilizing appropriate controls and locks
2 Correct use of image receptor, screen, grid, SID and OID
3 Lead apron worn during mobile imaging, ER,
Weaknesses
1 introduction and a brief explanation of the procedure given to the patient
2 positioning of the oblique lumbar spine
3 Align the center of part to be demonstrated to the center of the image receptor
