Go to http://householdproducts.nlm.nih.gov/index.htm and obtain the material safety data sheet (MSDS) information for three items you commonly use at home (such as bleach, ammonia, oven cleaner, laundry detergent, etc. ) Briefly describe a few examples of safety/hazard information you previously had not known. 2. Based on the Joint Commission's "Do Not Use" abbreviations lists, state how computerized patient medical records can increase and/or decrease medication error rates.
