1- First choose an (Organization/Comapny) with clear Risk Managment Policy, and state organization/sponsor risk tolerance and attitude to risks (risk taker, risk avoider, risk balance).
2- Select a project (Product/Service) within the chosen organizaion
3- State the objectives,goals,scope of the selected project
4- Identify Risks (develop a risk register table)
5- Prioritize risks based on qualitative approach (Table)
6- Prioritize risks based on a quantitative (Table)
7- Develop project risk responses plan
