This is a crucial topic in nursing and meets the relevance and recency criteria. I now need to confirm the presence of an RN author and secure the direct PDF link.Qualitative Study FocusFor the qualitative requirement, I have prioritized a 2025 ethnographic study found on PMC that investigates nurses' attitudes towards patient safety across four European countries. Ethnography is a robust qualitative methodology, and the topic is highly significant.
