Restorative justice

UWT has been experiencing a rash of car vandalisms and thefts on campus and it has become apparent that it is a ring of students who are doing the damage and stealing. You are a senior student life administrator and have been charged with creating a comprehensive disciplinary response to the criminal activity. You decide you want to try out, for the first time, a restorative justice response. You know you are going to have to convince upper administration:
1.What type of restorative justice response would you like to use and why? In your answer, indicate how, if at all, the RJ response will intersect with the usual, more punitive disciplinary system.
2.What strategies would you use to build support for your response?
