In 2017 Five Chinese companies were in 10 biggest venture capital based companies in the world. Analyse not only the sources of big financial success of Chinese venture companies but also to make comparative analysis between the models used by US and Chinese firms. Collect all available data about the venture capital companies in China and US and to make expert analysis. Student are encourage to use some of the methods commonly used for comparison analysis. Also it is particularly important to find pros and cons models used in China and US. Further suggestions for the improvement of the business models are desirable.
