Reflective report

  1. As a group, produce a creative demonstration of engagement with, and
understanding of, knowledge course goals K1 and K5. Please include some
    description of each person's contribution.
  2. Conduct a focus group discussion in which you will critically discuss the goals
and the criteria with which you could assess those goals. Please allocate a
facilitator of this focus group and record it. Be structured and purposeful with
your discussion. Your individual contribution to the group discussion should
be significant and obvious. In other words, just sitting there and not saying
    anything, does not constitute engagement.
  3. Produce an individual written reflection (no more than 750 words) of the
previous two stages. To help you with this, read through the following
information. Start from this page and click on the “Next” button at the bottom
and keep reading and taking notes until “5 Summary and reflection”.
you can ignore stage 1 and 2, just make stage 3.
K1 means Group dynamics and leadership in relation to well-being, quality, efficiency and productivity
K5 means Principles and differences between leadership, management and facilitation
