: Reflection paper Order Description This assignment is worth 20% of your final grade. It gives you an opportunity to investigate and report on some of your own experiences in a team, or a team you have researched. You must complete this assignment individually, without contacting other students. The assignment addresses Course Objectives 1, and 4. Write 5 to 8 pages. In your opinion, what is the worst team in history (this could be a team you have been on, one you have observed or one notable in history)? Who is part of this team? Describe the roles of team members. What did they do wrong? Did they do anything right? What makes this team the worst in history? Use what you have read in the class as your guide (which means cite from the text when proper). An A paper will also include multiple outside sources (4-6). Be sure to have your paper "proofed" by another member of the course. Support your opinions and statements with a minimum of four references from sources published within the last ten years. You can cite scholarly and practitioner-oriented journals, the Noe textbook, newspaper articles, YouTube videos by or about the organization, the organization’s annual report, and the organization’s web site, but not Wikipedia, vendor websites, or other non-academic sources. The UMUC library can help you identify appropriate sources. Use APA format for citations, references, and quotations. This means your list of references should start on a separate page, and should be double spaced, with a hanging indent and no spaces between entries. Your report should be 5-8 pages (not counting the cover or reference pages), double spaced with one inch margins and a font size of at least 11 points. This paper can be written in 1st person since it may be an account of a personal experience.
