R​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​eflect on your readiness to be a Pre-Registration Pharmacist by choosing TWO concrete examples that have been instrumental in your development over the past two years (personal or academic) and reflect on these with reference to the SIX Pharmacist Roles and Attributes, Both scenarios must include SMART and SWOT action plans ( an example of the structure of the essay will be linked below). .You should explain how you preformed the pharmacist roles within these pharmacist attributes. and how it contributed to your overall development. . You should explain how this DEVELOPMENT helps you achieve the EPS and why. Choosing two different models will allow you to demonstrate a broader understanding of reflection. • Justify why you have chosen the Model of Reflection by referencing academic papers which have used the model and why they have found it approriate. • Use your Scho​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​lar skills to find them… • Look for journal articles on how these models have been used and whether they were judged successful for the particular scenario. the two scenarios must be linked together I will attache two examples SCENARIO 1 : my placement on third year I was working in a pharmacy for a week and had done all the dispensing with minimal errors but was terrified to speak to patients or. anyone so was. just at the back preparing the. medication and not talking to anyone , during the summer I was working at a hospital back home and was shadowing the responsible pharmacist in the dialysis centre so we were monitoring the same patients every week as I got familiar with them the pharmacist told me to talk to 3 of my choice and she was there to support, I introduced myself and was able to educate the patient on the correct way to take their medication and checked for any interactions and communicated well with the patients in comparison with last year. SCENARIO 2.( USING GIBBS MODEL AND WHY DID YOU CHOOSE. IT): In my second year as a pharmacy student I failed my main written exam and my OSCE where it was 4 stations and had to do them all in the supplementary period and passed , having to resit these important exams made. me doubt myself and reconsider whether I am smart enough to be in the program or not , but. in my third year I started revising early and attended all lectured and labs, took notes and focused on improving myself on my studies and passed all my exams from my first attempt with good grades and now I'm in my final year , the last step before becoming a licens​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ed pharmacist
