Quantity Takeoff

Using your pricing extension spreadsheet previously completed, perform a quantity takeoff on all the materials, equipment, and labor associated with the parking deck project. Even if you will likely be receiving a lump sum price from a subcontractor on a certain work item, you are still to perform a quantity takeoff, you can change the column "sub/ unit & total" to "Equipment unit & total" on your spreadsheet.
