  Subject:- An explorative study of health, safety and environment culture in UAE oil and gas industry. Abstract:- In the UAE oil and gas industry, different safety process incidents have emerged over the decades. For example, an accident that happened at the Shah oilfield in Abu Dhabi claimed three lives in January 2009 (Gulf News, 2009). In another process safety incident, a fire explosion at the Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company’s main facility located on Das Island caused the death of three employees on March 11, 2009. This incident was the second at the company facilities for oil and gas (Carlisle, 2009). Last year, Takreer (Abu Dhabi Oil Refinery Company) confirmed the breaking out of a fire in January 11, 2017 at the Ruwais refining complex. Aims and objectives: This qualitative case study research purposes to study the role of leadership behaviors on the perception of Process Safety Management (PSM) among oil and gas industry employees in the UAE. In this study, PSM refers to the introduction of systems of management to identify, understand, and control process hazards with the intention of preventing incidents and injuries related to process (Macza, 2008). The specific objectives include: 1) How attributes such as safety culture, leadership safety behaviors, supervisory safety behaviors and employee training on safety impact the employee’s perception of process safety in UAEs’ oil and gas industry. Writer to be creative and imagine that 30 interviews are conducted with safety mangers, safety section heads, team leaders in safety…etc and use the outcome for creating pattern of references for narrative and story line across all the interviews as in table 2,3,4 and 5 as in the attachments named choosing your words carefully. Also, the writer may follow the same contents of the file name safety (sample in table 1, results, and discussion) but in the context of UAE and including the aims and the objectives as highlighted above. In the conclusion, the writer will concluded how attributes such as safety culture, leadership safety behaviors, supervisory safety behaviors and employee training on safety impact the employee’s perception of process safety in UAEs’ oil and gas industry. Interview questions to be included in the appendix, safety file has similar questions which can considered.
