      I believe that I have a number of key qualities that will help me be successful as a nurse. I am compassionate, empathetic, and have a genuine desire to help others. I am also a good communicator and I am able to build rapport with patients and their families. I am also organized and efficient, and I am able to work well under pressure. In addition to these qualities, I am also a quick learner and I am always eager to take on new challenges. I am also willing to go the extra mile for my patients. I believe that these qualities will help me to be a successful nurse and to provide my patients with the best possible care. Here are some specific examples of how I have demonstrated these qualities in my life:
  • Compassion: When I was in high school, I volunteered at a local soup kitchen. I enjoyed serving meals to the homeless and getting to know them as individuals. I learned that everyone has a story to tell, and that everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
