Given a choice of 4 instructor-provided workforce shortage scenarios in a health or human service sector (i.e. hospital, outpatient, health-related non-profit, or long-term care facility), select one scenario that relates best to your professional goal. Use the scenario to develop a proposal for change using research-based best practices found in the literature. Similar to the Organizational Analysis (Assignment 1), compare and contrast research-based best practices related to the scenario using relevant scholarly resources. Based on your research, develop a proposal that addresses the following:
