Project Management

Project Management Order Description 4. Risks, mitigation and contingency plans. Points: 5 For a minimum of three project risks: • Describe the risk • Describe the mitigation • Describe the contingency You may use the risk analysis template or the risk log template that are available to us via the publishers of our book – but if you do make sure you update the template to include mitigation! The template does not clearly make a separation between mitigation and a contingency and you are required to include both. 5. Communication Plan Points: 5 For at least five stakeholders, document: • Their name • Their contact information • Their preferred method of contact • What type of information they will receive • Frequency – how often will you send the information • Medium – how will the information be distributed • Response – what do you need them to do with the information, what do you expect? Note there is a communications plan template available to us via the publishers of our book – you may use it but if you do make sure you update the template to include contact information and preferred method of contact.
